Workshop Labour Rates:
$100 per hour (inc GST)
($120 per hour if some or all of parts are supplied by customer)
Note: Labour Prices quoted on website may be outdated please ensure you check with us at time of booking
Goods Left on Premises:
All parts left on premises must be collected within 21 days of invoice or parts will be disposed of.
This applies to all items such as but not limited to wheels/tyres, exhausts and swaybars
(unless specified prior to commencement of work, items such as old timing belts, water pumps or damaged items replaced during vehicle maintenance will be disposed of at time of service)
Conditions of dispatch
MX5 Mania enlist the services of Australia Post Delivery Service (via eparcel system) or via Couriers Please.
While all services consist of a tracking number* standard postage costs do not include any 'insurance cover' in the event your order is damaged or does not arrive. Should you wish to purchase additonal cover please contact us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org immediatly after your order has been placed and we will send an invoice for additional amount (amount varies depending on cover requested)
All parts sold and distributed by MX5 MANIA come with a 30 day warranty against visible/mechanical defects and should be returned within this timeframe.
Parts are not guaranteed against failure or damage arising from faulty or incorrect fitting, incorrect application or damage caused by means over which we did not have control.
Labour warranty only applied to goods sold by MX5 MANIA and fitted in store by MX5 MANIA technicians - We do not reimburse labour/fitting costs associated with any faulty product(s) where they have been fitted by yourself or another workshop.
MX5 MANIA will replace free of charge any parts in our opinion after examination by us are defective through faulty material or manufacture, or refund monies. We DO NOT refund original postage cost under any circumstance.
RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED VIA COPY OF ORIGINAL INVOICE.
RETURNED FREIGHT MUST BE PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR ANY WARRANTY INSPECTION OR GENERAL RETURN
WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE
Goods returned for credit/refund
- Request for return must be lodged via phone or via email before returning product.
- Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer
- We do not refund original postage cost under any circumstance.
- If exchanging item for another both postage cost of returned item and item being re-sent must be paid by the customer.
- Refunds will be issued via original payment method used.
- Reciept of goods into our warehouse is not to be confused as any obligation by us to issue credit.

Special Order items.
If a 'Pre-Order, Back-Order, Out of stock/Special order' item is purchased it will be backordered and dispatched when available (we will contact you once your order is processed and advise)
If an 'Out of stock/Special order' item is purchased in the same transaction as 'in stock' item(s), where freight cost permits, we may partially dispatch your order and send the sold out item seperately upon arrival*
*If the orginal postage paid does not cover an additional postage consignment we will contact you to confirm if you would prefer to
a) Hold the entire order in store until out of stock items arrive and dispatch when order is complete
b) Dispatch the available item(s) and pay additional postage fee for sold out item upon it's arrival in store

You will be advised if a price increase has occurred and you may choose to cancel your order in this case and will be issued a full refund. MX5 Mania does not have to honour pricing of special order or non stocked items
Stock Availability & Dispatch
All in stock goods will be dispatched from Our store in DURAL, NSW 2158 - Most deliveries in Australia will be delivered within 1-5 days. Please visit www.auspost.com.au to estimate delivery time to your exact postcode.
While we try our best to ensure stock levels are accurate, due to purchases made outside of this website your requested item may not be available. You will be advised and refunded if you choose as soon as possible.
Note: Pricing listed on products showing 'Stock may not be available, sold out or special order' status are not guaranteed current price. You will be advised if a price increase has occurred and you may choose to cancel your order in this case and will be issued a full refund. MX5 Mania does not have to honour pricing on 'Stock may not be available, sold out or special order'

Return to Sender Parcels & Re-Delivery
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address which results in your order being returned to MX5 MANIA you will be required to pay a re-delivery fee including a return to sender fee to have the order sent again.
If you fail to collect your order from post office or arrange courier re-delivery after card is left and the order is returned to MX5 MANIA you will be required to pay a re-delivery fee including a return to sender fee to have the order sent again.
If you choose to cancel your order once a return to parcel sender is received at MX5 MANIA your refund will have the original postage cost and return to sender fee deducted from the refund amount.
Rewards Points / Discounts
Rewards points accrued from orders placed (1 point per dollar spent) via online store only.
Points are only accrued after an order is completed and can not be redeemed on the same order as they are earned
You MUST be logged in to accrue points, we are not able to issue points if you checkout as a guest - You MUST log in.
Trade customers points (if accrued) are invalid and cannot be redeemed (any trade order placed with the use of points will be cancelled and refunded)
Rewards points 'redeem offers' can change at any time without notice.
Rewards points redeemed (coupon issued) can not be used with any other discount coupon.
During store wide sales, rewards points can not be redeemed.
