Dear MX5 MANIA Customers,
We know the extraordinary and unprecedented circumstances surrounding COVID-19 are challenging for all of you. However, we please ask that during interactions via phone or email that you treat our staff with respect and be kind.
We understand orders are sometimes taking longer to arrive than normal (due to reduced staffing at sorting centres for social distancing and stock manufacturing and delivery delays).
We will always try to despatch your order quickly and notify you of any stock issues as quickly as possible so you are able to choose how to proceed. Please remember, we are human just like you, and we do make mistakes.
Please remember that everyone is affected differently by lockdowns/restrictions, and we all struggle in our own way.
We are so very lucky to be able to continue warehousing/dispatch from behind closed doors while also being able to operate the vehicle maintenance & repairs area of the business.
