In racing and autocross use, especially when using larger sway bars and driving aggressively, the stock sway bar brackets can flex to the point of breaking. These reinforced brackets replace the stock ones to eliminate this problem
The sway bar bracket hardware kit consists of the following items:
8 x 8mm x 1.25 x 16mm flange head bolt - used to mount the bracket to the frame rail from 1990 to 1997.
8 x 6mm x 1.00 x 16mm flange head bolt - used to mount the bracket to the frame rail from1999 to 2005.
4 x 8mm x 1.25 x 16mm flange head bolt - used for mounting oem style sway bar to sway bar bracket.
4 x 3/8" x 16 x 5/8" hex head bolt and 4 x 3/8 sae washers - used to mount aftermarket bar to sway bar bracket
