The rail is CNC machined from extruded 6063 aluminum, black anodized, Equipped with three 8AN ORB ports and laser etched for a high quality surface finish.
Appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers. We offer the radium plumbing kits for the NA8 and NB in the store.
This fuel rail is compatible with most Mazda 1.8L DOHC BP engines:
1994-1997 Mazda Miata
1999-2004 Mazda MX-5
Like the OEM fuel rails, the injector bores are 11mm ID so factory injectors are permitted. This kit is compatible with all fuel types including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85. The OEM plastic spacers are reused and phenolic washers are included to thermally insulate the fuel rail from the aluminum intake manifold.
This kit only includes the fuel rail and the mounting hardware making it ideal for custom applications.
