Genuine Mazda gear lever limiter plate. (Reverse Lock Out Plate). This plastic plate fits to the top of the gearbox turret and limits the movement of the gear lever from side to side. In some cases this wears and can be the cause of a notchy gear change between first and second. Especially if there is horrible 2nd gear engagement on a cold gearbox.
